Using filter criteria, such as application areas and degrees of automation, the system guides the user to the appropriate product solutions.
With several information levels, the system supports communication in the various phases of customer contact: from the introduction, based on the company history, to general explanations of the subject areas and product categories, to the illustration of complex technical interrelationships and the description of individual hardware components of the concrete product solutions. In this way, communication in all phases takes place in a focussed manner and without distractions.
COMMUNICATION IN CONTEXT
The system is designed in such a way that it can be used on large-format touch screens, working as a long-distance effect as an eye-catcher and communication focal point in the context of trade fairs and events, as well as being available for direct interaction with sales staff using tablets and laptops.
In order to keep the information and the product portfolio up to date, the platform is designed in such a way that it can be constantly updated and supplemented with new content.
CONCEPT WITH PERSPECTIVE
The platform and its underlying 3D world, as a visual and narrative framework, are designed in such a way that they are ready for the integration of further company sectors and thus for a uniform access to the multi-layered information world of the entire company.
